CorvexsDigital / TOOL COLLECTION
Video tools for smaller sharing copies
Start with a short clip, then choose resolution, quality and audio settings for the place you want to share it.
Compress a short video
Open MP4, MOV, WebM or M4V up to 100 MB, five minutes and 4K, if your browser can decode it. Choose a smaller resolution, a quality preset and whether to keep sound.
Open the video compressor ↗Check compatibility first
Recording formats depend on the browser. MP4 output is not available everywhere. Keep the tab visible while the clip is played and re-encoded; allow about its duration.
Follow the video workflow ↗Understand the size budget
A smaller resolution alone does not guarantee fewer bytes. Duration, bitrate and the encoder matter. Inspect motion, text and audio in the downloaded copy.
Understand bitrate and file size ↗What this collection does not offer
There is currently one video tool. It does not trim clips, create captions, compress unlimited-size files or promise lossless output. Use an editor for those tasks and keep your original.
Learn before exporting
Prepare a video for email attachments: check size and compatibility.
Browse the video optimization guides for practical settings and troubleshooting. For pictures, use the image tools collection.
Which video compressor fits your clip?
Choose around the destination format, clip length and detail you need to keep. CorvexsDigital suits supported short clips processed locally. It is not a replacement for a video editor or an encoder with a precise bitrate budget.
| Your requirement | Start here | Check before exporting |
|---|---|---|
| MP4 required by the recipient | MP4 compressor | MP4 must appear in the output selector. A WebM file does not satisfy an MP4 requirement. |
| A readable browser screen recording | WebM compressor | Pause on small text, inspect motion and check recipient support for WebM. |
| A smaller email attachment | Video for email guide | Check the attachment limit and actual exported bytes. Presets do not guarantee an exact MB target. |
| Long clips, trimming or preserved subtitles | A suitable video editor or dedicated encoder | This browser workflow accepts up to 100 MB, five minutes and 4K input; it does not trim or preserve embedded subtitles. |
For a fair comparison, export from the same original, inspect picture and audio, and compare downloaded bytes. An already efficient input may not get smaller. Do not rename a file extension to imitate conversion.
Your files and privacy
