Convert Images to JPG, PNG or WebP
Choose a destination format that your website or upload form accepts. The original stays on your device and the converted copy downloads separately.
Choose images. Make them smaller.

More formats & batch details
Also opens HEIC/HEIF, GIF, SVG and PDF. Animation exports as a still image; SVG is rasterised. Single PDF imports let you choose a page; batches use the first page. AVIF support depends on your browser.
Batch mode uses format, quality and width settings, without a KB target. For a specific file-size limit, select one image.
How to use this workflow
- Choose JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC/HEIF, GIF, SVG or a PDF page. Imported animation becomes a still image.
- Select Save as: JPG for a photographic copy, PNG for lossless pixel encoding, or WebP for supported web destinations.
- Review transparency, actual dimensions and bytes before downloading. Very wide sources are capped at 8192 pixels.
What to check before saving
JPG replaces transparency with white. PNG cannot restore detail already lost in the source. SVG becomes pixels, and PDF exports one page rather than a new PDF document.
Inputs are limited to 20 MB and 40 megapixels. JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, HEIC/HEIF, GIF, SVG and selected PDF pages are supported. Exports are JPG, PNG, WebP or browser-supported AVIF; animation and source metadata are not retained.
Your files are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers. Normal website requests still reach the hosting service. Read the privacy policy.
Questions & answers
Can I convert back to HEIC or GIF?
No. Export formats are JPG, PNG, WebP and AVIF when the browser can encode it. HEIC output, GIF animation and editable SVG output are not supported.
Why did the converted file grow?
A format change is not always compression. Photographs saved as PNG can be larger; compare JPG or WebP if the destination supports them.

Diagnose your exported file
Match the symptom to the next action. These checks describe this tool’s current implementation; they are not a guarantee that another website will accept the result.
The converted file no longer has editable text or paths.
PDF pages and SVG artwork are rendered into pixels for image output.
Next action: Keep the original document or vector file. Download the image only for a destination that needs a flat picture; use a document or vector editor when editability is required.
If the result still fails, report the exact error and your browser. Include the settings and output dimensions, but do not send private images or identity documents.
